Construction to begin on Ave. del Presidente

Pipe replacement construction will begin soon on Ave. del Presidente from Concordia south to the Cypress Cove entrance.  Please note the following:

  • Mornings:
    • north bound traffic from Cypress Shore/Cove etc. - only ONE northbound lane available
    • left turn only available when exiting Concordia 
  • Please plan on leaving a little early as traffic will be challenging during the construction!  Thank you!

Grade 3 – 5 students will be participating in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) May 8 – May 19. 

  • To ensure successful testing for your child, please be sure your child is well rested, eats a nutritious breakfast, and is in their seat and ready at 8:00 AM.

The 3 R's Respectful, Responsible, and Ready!

Students earn "Caught Being Good" cards for displaying Respect, Responsibility, and/or Readiness. These cards can then be redeemed with Mr. McKane on Thursdays for various prizes such as a prize grab bag, Mr. McKane Reads a Story to the Student, Lunch on the Lawn, etc. Please ask your child about this program and encourage them to continue demonstrating the 3 Rs!
